Back in 2019, I produced a blog-post reflecting on V for Vendetta as an analogy and inspiration for critical but public engagement with Vikingisms in 21st-century Britain. I recently returned to this topic for a presentation in the Department of History and Archaeology Research Seminar Series which I co-convene with colleagues. This is the result.
This coincides with me writing up these ideas for publication in a forthcoming edited book on Neomedievalisms. Watch this space for more details!
