I’m pleased to announce the first two videos of the YouTube playlist ‘Archaeodeath Field Reports’ are now online.
Following on from blog-posts about Wat’s Dyke in Wrexham, and the #Special Offa event with its Trefonen Tragical History Tour, Prof. Williams has been using the lockdown situation to visit and take videos of Wat’s Dyke at various points around Wrexham, highlighting its varied contexts of survival and the significance of its character and placement. As announced earlier, this is now emerging to be a separate but interconnected YouTube strand of Archaeodeath.
Having shared the uncut videos on Twitter, I’ve followed up by his second Archaeodeath Field Report taking in a serious of locations from Crispin Lane to the Rookery at the south side of Erddig Park. More details about these locations can be found on my earlier blog-post here.
